Thank you to all our speakers at yesterday's The Lettings Industry Council (TLIC) meeting. David Smith gave us plenty to think about in his legal update, contractor shortages was covered by Milan Sud at Fixflo in a really interesting presentation and Title Guardian showed us their exciting product which can stop property fraud. Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and the Health and Safety Executive also gave us an update on current topics. Our next meeting is on 31st January, thank you to everyone who joined us.
